Thank you for visiting and shopping at LusheAura. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

> Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier service interruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Since we use a dropshipping model, your order may arrive in multiple packages if you purchased different items, as they may be dispatched from different supplier warehouses.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LusheAura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Important 2026 Update for EU Customers: > Please be aware that as of July 2026, the EU has removed the €150 duty-free threshold. All orders entering the EU from non-EU countries are now subject to a mandatory customs duty (typically a flat fee of €3 per item) plus local VAT. These charges are collected by the courier upon delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Damages and Missing Packages
LusheAura is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
