Refund Policy

At LusheAura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Statutory Cancellation Right (14-Day Cooling Off)
Under the UK and EU Consumer Rights laws, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, earrings) for hygiene reasons.

Perishable goods.

Custom-made or personalized items.
3. Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/supplier address listed on the package.

Request a Return: Email LusheAura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Apple Pay, Debit, or Credit Card) within 10-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at LusheAura@gmail.com with photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at LusheAura@gmail.com.
